The Very Reverend Philip L. Erickson, JCL, KHS
Father Philip L. Erickson was born in Louisville, studied at St. Meinrad Seminary and was ordained on his 27th birthday on May 27, 1995 and in 2022 he celebrated his 27th year of the priesthood. Father has served as Pastor of St. Therese, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, and Our Mother of Sorrows since 2019. Father was previously assigned to St. Thomas More, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, and St. Raphael parish in Louisville, and St. John the Apostle in Brandenburg. He has served as an Adjutant Judicial Vicar for the Metropolitan Tribunal in the Archdiocese of Louisville, and now serves as a Judge for that same Tribunal. Fr. Philip resides in the rectory at St. Elizabeth of Hungary.
In September, 2021, Father Philip was vested into the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre. He currently serves as President of the Priests' Council of the Archdiocese of Louisville. |
